Clinically, Sarah provides mental health services for children, adolescents, and adults at our American Fork office. She is part of our Intake Team and also facilitates a variety of groups.

Sarah earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and a Master of Social Work degree with an emphasis in Child Welfare from the University of Utah.
Sarah has been trained in domestic violence, psychological first aid, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed interventions including Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).
Sarah has experience in social services with families and individuals with trauma. She has worked with children and adults experiencing grief and loss, anxiety, depression, PTSD, and trauma. She is an attentive listener and connects with individuals to create a therapeutic relationship with trust and empathy. Sarah believes people are resilient and each individual has unique strengths to tackle various difficulties in life.
When Sarah is not busy working or studying, her favorite pastimes are diving into a captivating book or going to concerts with friends. Sarah also enjoys spending time outdoors hiking, camping, and backpacking with her husband. Her favorite spot to backpack is in the Uinta mountains.
