556 E 300 S, #108, American Fork, UT, 84003 Office Location: The American Fork office is located a few blocks east of I-15, 500 east freeway exit in American Fork. From 500 E, turn into the east driveway in behind the Zest for Life Counseling sign. Our office is the 2nd building back from the street. The office complex neighbors a car dealership parking lot.
Parking Recommendation: Parking is available directly in front of the building. Directions to the Payson Office 39 N. Professional Way, Suite 4, Payson, UT 84651 Office Location: The Payson office location is located off of 100 E in Payson, directly east of the Mountain View hospital.
