Lauren completed a bachelor's degree in Psychology at Southern Utah University and is currently pursuing her master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at Utah Tech University. She has certifications in domestic violence, skills for psychological recovery, psychological first aid, drug addiction, trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy, and other trauma-informed interventions.
Lauren firmly believes that everyone is capable of achieving change and reaching their unique, full potential. She is passionate about creating a safe space for people to feel understood and accepted. She is excited to collaborate with any population on their journey toward becoming who they want to be.
Outside of therapy, Lauren enjoys adventuring with her husband and dog. She loves reading, spending time outdoors, dancing, and other forms of exercise. She is always ready to connect with people and to have a good laugh.
