His clinical interests include assisting individuals to explore more effective ways to manage feelings of uncertainty, stress, anxiety, and depression as well as supporting couples as they discover more adaptive ways of relating, communicating, and managing conflict.
Issac is enthusiastic about helping individuals, couples, and families discover how to enhance the quality and stability of their lives and relationships. His philosophy is that therapy is a collaborative process through which patients can experience growth, healing, and change. He seeks to empower patients to not only access and expand their internal strengths and resources but also develop insight and skills to navigate their personal challenges and interpersonal
conflicts. He believes that individuals, couples, and families can benefit from supportive therapy services as they actively seek to implement solutions to interrupt and replace repetitive patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving that result in distress and impairment.
Issac has been married to his wife for five years, and they have an incredible four-year-old child. He is a Christian and actively involved in his church. In his spare time, he enjoys spending quality time with his family and engaging in indoor and outdoor activities with them. He loves watching anime, playing board, card, and video games, exercising and weightlifting, playing guitar, hiking and exploring, and trying new things.
