She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology at Utah Valley University and a Master's Degree in Social Work with an emphasis in mental health from the University of Utah. Annie is trained in two brain-based therapies: Brainspotting and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART).
Annie has worked in several different mental health settings, including a residential treatment center for adolescent teens ages 13-18. Annie has experience working with anxiety, depression, relationships, and codependency. Annie listens to understand and meets her clients where they are. She is passionate about helping her clients learn the tools necessary for creating fuller, more purposeful lives. Annie works to connect with, inspire, and uplift her clients to help them work through difficult life circumstances.
Annie has completed humanitarian trips to Jordan and Belize, where she helped build two new classrooms to allow 60 new students to attend primary school in a severely underfunded and low-income area in Belize. In her spare time, Annie enjoys playing volleyball, skiing, and traveling to new places. She is always up for a card game and is a self-proclaimed foodie.
