Clinically, Ashli provides mental health services for adults at our American Fork location.

Ashli earned a Master of Social Work degree at Utah Valley University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications with a Broadcast Journalism emphasis at Brigham Young University. She additionally completed the SHRM Human Resources Certification training
After working in New York City for various television networks, Ashli took the obvious next step in her broadcast career – to become a social worker. She is passionate about helping individuals learn the tools for recovery and empowering them on their healing journey. A major focus in her clinical work is anxiety management and helping her patients learn the skills to manage stress, reduce anxiety through cognitive and behavioral changes, and learn to thrive in all areas of their life. She also specializes in grief and loss and working with adult women with autism. She also has experience working with those with trauma, mood disorders, relationships, and adjustment to life transitions.
Prior to joining the Zest for Life team, Ashli received specialized training in domestic violence as a clinical therapist intern for South Valley Services (SVS). She worked with survivors of sexual assault, intimate partner violence, and human trafficking. She also wrote the curriculum and facilitated the Healthy Relationships psychoeducational group for SVS.
Ashli is a Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist—Individual (CCTS-I) with additional training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-focused CBT, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Written Exposure Therapy (WET) for PTSD, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy (ERP).
Ashli loves singing, weightlifting, cooking, and arguing about sports with random strangers on the internet. She is clearly winning the “Favorite Aunt” competition and is happy to report that she is her golden retriever’s 4th favorite person.
