WELCOME TO ZEST! Zest for Life Counseling operates a network of advanced clinical practice outpatient, mental health clinics. Our family of clinics provide services to individuals, couples, and families. We have offices located in American Fork, Holladay, Payson, and St. George. |
Our mission at Zest for Life Counseling is to help you, and those you love, regain your Zest for Life by improving your mental, emotional, physical, spiritual, and relational well-being. We help you accomplish this by providing the latest best-practice, evidence-based clinical therapies in individual, couple, family, and group settings.
Who Do We Help?
We are here for you throughout the life span. We will work with children who are 7 or older. We understand the difficulties in life and will approach your child using a combination of play, art, and talk therapy. We are here to help adolescents navigate new experiences, emotions and the changes in mind and body. We will process the difficulty of the experiences they have in their complex world. We seek to combine individual and parent sessions to maximize the benefits of treatment. We engage adults in helping them balance the responsibilities of today, healing the hurts of the past, and controlling anxious or depressive thoughts and feelings. We strengthen couples to find mutually satisfying ways of communicating, building, and committing to health relationships with one another. Whether you are just getting married, have growing children, or find yourself in an empty nest, we can help you create a healthy attachment and foster a safe environment to relate to one another.
